Return Policy

1. Eligibility and Timeframe
- You may return items within 10 days of the delivery date. Shipper is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags or labels still attached.
- Items sold as “final sale” or marked as such are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a return: Email laura@revivalrack.com within the 10-day window and include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive authorization: We will provide an authorization for return via email. Returns without authorization may be refused.
- Package your return: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging or a new box.
- Ship back: Send the package using a trackable shipping service (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect). Keep your tracking number for reference.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Additional Terms
- We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Please use a trackable, insured shipping method.
- Certain products (e.g., swimwear, undergarments, or custom-made items) may be excluded from returns for hygiene or special production reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
