We strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Here’s how our shipping process works when you choose UPS Ground.
1. Carriers and Services
USPS Ground Advantage – Economical ground service for small and medium packages across the U.S. Delivery typically occurs within 2–5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail – Expedited service with 1–3 business days delivery. Includes tracking and up to $100 in insurance.
UPS Ground – Reliable ground shipping across the U.S. Transit time is 1–5 business days, depending on distance.
UPS 2‑Day Air – Expedited air service that delivers in two business days. Ideal for customers who need faster shipping than standard ground services. Additional fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
All services are available within the United States; we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Handling and Processing
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real‑time status updates if your selected shipping method is one that provides tracking numbers.
3. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Calculated shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates depend on the selected service, weight, dimensions and destination of your order. Faster services like UPS 2‑Day Air will generally cost more than ground options.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping applies to USPS Ground only.
4. Address Requirements and Delivery Issues
Valid address: USPS services deliver to P.O. boxes; UPS Ground and UPS 2‑Day Air require a street address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct to avoid delays.
Lost or damaged packages: If you experience any issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter to the best of our ability.
5. Holiday and Peak Season Considerations
Higher order volumes during holidays or peak shopping periods can extend transit times. Weather events and other disruptions may also cause delays. We recommend ordering early if you need items by a specific date.
